Information – Alpha Mu Omega
The Beginning
After conquering many planets, Rage gained a conscious mind. This allowed it to develop it’s ability to consume the crystals of sailors; after a short period of time, it had learned to influence, control, and eventually completely reconstruct sailor soldiers using only their planet’s crystals.
When Rage came upon Mythos it immediately saw the potential of having an entire, massive army of super powered beings under its command. However, attacking the planet head on would surely not work, so Rage had to wait for many, many years, for a soldier to be born that it could easily manipulate.
That soldier finally appeared after decades of waiting. She was young and inexperienced and longed to be as powerful as her allies. Rage came to her and convinced her that it could offer her power AND make her the warrior that would lead her people into an ultimate Paradise.
The soldier quickly accepted and allowed Rage into her heart. Rage took control of her sailor crystal, and through her, began to enter the planet. It found that just one entrance into the core wasn’t enough, and told her to convert more soldiers so that she might lead a battalion into the promised Paradise. The soldier obliged.
From Mythos to Earth
The Great Final Battle ended abruptly with the simultaneous awakening and lockdown of SailorGeras, the soldier of old age. Many of Rage’s soldiers were torn apart in the shockwave that spread across the entire planet, the rest, and even Rage itself, were knocked unconscious for some time.
When Rage was aware again it found that its first soldier was also awake and was standing against him. Thinking that her friends and family had all been destroyed because of Rage, the soldier swore that Rage would never again command her soul, and tried to purge the plague from her body.
Surprisingly, the soldier was able to briefly remove Rage from her body. Her strength, however, appeared to be depleted and she died immediately after.
Needing all of the crystals of Mythos to gain full control, Rage retook the soldier’s sailor crystal. It destroyed her body and rebuilt her as a zombie—an Ancient Remnant.
However, rather than standing tall as a powerful warrior, the body that Rage had built fell to the ground, landing in a contorted position. The body still breathed, but it did not move.
When Rage tried to again rebuild her, it found that it could not destroy her body, but instead could enter it and control her completely like a puppet. Her powers, however, were completely gone.
After this discovery, Rage’s other minions began to awaken. Taking its new puppet’s body, Rage introduced itself as “Sailor Stigma”, saying that the former soldier had ascended to Paradise.
It suggested that ascension would be expedited for the rest of the soldiers if they would find and convert the remaining sailor crystals. So, Rage’s minions left Mythos in search of Sailor Geras and the remaining sailor crystals.
Rage’s minions traveled through space for thousands of years, following the residual magical trail of the sailor crystals as they shot through space. They arrived on Earth approximately 7 years ago.
During this time, Rage pushed them toward studying the ways of Earthlings. For two years, its minions were forced to study culture and history. Somewhere along the line, quite by accident, one of Rage’s soldiers ran into a young man who bore a striking appearance to a Hoplite that fought at the Final Battle.
He was taken to Rage, destroyed and rebuilt. It was confirmed that this young man had at one time been a Mythos soldier. He had become the first New Remnant.
The Controversy & The Founding of Alpha Mu Omega
They used this young man as their primary reference for Earth culture and drilled him frequently for information. Eventually, Rage became aware of the buzz the missing young man had created, and so he ordered his newest minion to return to the public eye and attempt to act naturally--as he would have before he had been reborn.
The young man did return to the public eye, but claimed that a mysterious god who promised to bring Paradise to Earth had saved him.
Had Rage had a forehead, it probably would have smacked it at this, and it quickly organized the Alpha Mu Omega organization. Several rich men with a considerable amount of power were assimilated and used as figureheads: spokesmen, alumni, and benefactors. With its new puppets, Rage denounced the boy’s “crazy” statement, saying that he had been pulled from the darkest parts of Columbus’s dark drug-filled underworld.
It was said that, had the boy been found a moment later, he surely would’ve lost his mind completely. One of Alpha Mu Omega’s benefactors, a psychologist and professor at the University, said it was his expert opinion that remaining at the AMO house would greatly aid the young man in his recovery.
While all this was going on, Sailor Geras quietly weaved a great enchantment to create The MYTHOS organization to stop this sort of thing from ever happening again.
Rage & Its Minions
Rage is a sentient being that manifests itself in the form of a black mass--like a cloud of dust. In order to directly interact with its minions, it uses Sailor Stigma’s body. Although it is a thing of pure greed and evil that operates at its core on hunger for life, Rage does not act in the traditional “shapeless being of pure evil” way (this is probably because it was not a part of Chaos at its creation). It’s not ruthless and quick to anger; it’s quite patient and forgiving, actually.
Rage puts up with the constant mistakes of its less stable minions; it allows its oldest followers some degree of free will; it will even rebuild a soldier a million times if they are destroyed, as long as they don’t become a burden.
Rage allows its minions to operate as they please; it doesn’t even monitor their thoughts unless they start to cause trouble. However, once a soldier proves to be a burden, they are destroyed and not rebuilt until their skills are necessary.
Ages of Alpha Mu Omega Members
Alpha Mu Omega members stop aging after joining Rage. Members of The Remnant may vary in age, ranging from young to rather old. Members who were rebirthed are all reconstructed to appear physically to be between eighteen and twenty-five. If a Remnant joined Rage at a very old age, chances are they were Rebirthed so that they would be of more use to it.
Birthplaces of Alpha Mu Omega Members
With the exception of very few, all Alpha Mu Omega members not of rank Rebirth are aware of the fact that they were born and raised on Mythos. With Rage’s intervention, their memories are cloudy and with each death and rebirth, they become harder to discern.
All Alpha Mu Omega aliases have “birthplaces” on earth, however. These places may or may not be real places. Soldiers generally should know at least a little about their assumed place of birth, however.

Alpha Mu Omega Religious Fraternity
What is it?
Alpha Mu Omega's mission statement is "To bring about a better world by uniting all people in service."
To the AMO, a "better world" consists of a dead planet, rotted from core to surface by the sentient plague, Rage. People united in service are Rage’s slaves, who honestly believe that this Paradise it claims to bring is a world free of suffering.
Alpha Mu Omega was founded five years ago in an attempt to better blend into human society after the incidents with the young Hoplite. They gained much controversy when the young man claimed that he had been reborn and was destined to join Paradise on a planet far away, but after dismissing the young man’s claims they faded out of the spotlight.
Since that occurrence, Rage has insisted that its minions refrain from using their powers in human form as to keep themselves undercover. It has also partially locked away their powers while they are in human form so that the more crazy members of the Alpha Mu Omega fraternity cannot go nuts on a city street.
The true mission of the Alpha Mu Omega fraternity is to convert reborn soldiers. Since the reborn soldiers generally will resist conversion, members of the AMO must occasionally resort to violence to get what they need. They will generally leave regular people out of things, unless those regular people would help in getting a reborn soldier.
Where is it? What is the Alpha Mu Omega frat house like?
The Alpha Mu Omega fraternity exists, essentially, inside of Rage’s “core”. To get to it, you must pass through one of the many gateways on campus. These gateways are located in out-of-the-way places, and can only be activated by those touched by Rage. Traveling from the gateway to the house is an interesting experience. As you pass through the gateway you are immediately transported there, but you feel as though you’ve lost track of ten or fifteen minutes.
The house stands on a lonely, tree-lined street. It’s incredibly large, with a well-maintained lawn and a long, winding pathway up to the front porch. The house itself looks to be about four or five floors, although for some reason each time you count you come up with a different number.
The interior lobby, which is the only room visitors see, is cold and decorated primarily with marble, silver and gold giving it a very gaudy appearance.
Each member of Alpha Mu Omega is allotted a small space to live in. Since these living spaces come from Rage, they can be shaped to a certain extent. Rage doesn’t keep tabs on AMO members while they are in their rooms, but as soon as they exit them it follows them everywhere.
Membership
All members of Alpha Mu Omega were, at one time, soldiers of Mythos. The only exception to this rule is the small group of rich benefactors that are used by Rage for public interactions. These people are all older men and women with a considerable amount of money and pull. There are only six of them.
Membership to Alpha Mu Omega is granted after you are painfully destroyed and rebuilt as a zombie. The only people exempt from this procedure are The Remnant, who gave themselves willfully in the beginning.
After undergoing Rebirthing, AMO members have their free will almost entirely revoked. They may act on their own, but cannot make important decisions without Rage’s OK first. Acting out will result in immediate destruction and eventual rebuilding, but with less free will.
Why don’t they just attack Sailor Geras and the MYTHOS organization?
Rage and its minions genuinely believe that Sailor Geras is extremely powerful (hence why she was the very last soldier to die) and they think that she still has full access to this nearly limitless power than she apparently has.
They don’t outright attack the MYTHOS house because they fear that Geras will destroy them all.
Ranks
The Remnant
The Remnant are a group of soldiers who, on Mythos, willfully gave themselves to Rage. Their willful conversion, which could have taken place for a variety of reasons, earns these soldiers the highest and most powerful rank of Rage’s minions. Remnants are allotted a considerable amount of free will, but are also the most heavily in tune with Rage (it’s constantly advising them to “not do anything stupid”).
Remnant most closely resemble their reborn soldier counterparts. The toga under their uniforms ranges from light to dark gray, and the rest of their uniforms are only lightly damaged. They have the most control over their powers and the most control over the rest of the AMO. Most are looked upon as leaders, and many actually have several lower ranking AMO members under their command. The Remnant may have up to three signature attacks open to them on top of commanding their Pandora and possibly possessing Mythite Magic.
The Converted
The Converted are a group of soldiers who valiantly gave their lives in exchange for the life of another. Generally, these trades were done willfully, and Rage would oblige because it knew that inevitably everyone would be taken. The Converted are generally the most changed from their original forms, personality wise, but are not as prone to mental disorder as the Rebirth ranks are.
The uniforms of the converted are always very tattered and damaged. Their togas range from dark gray to black and their lockets are almost always missing pieces. Converted have access to three signature attacks and Pandoras.
The Ancient Rebirths
Ancient Rebirths are soldiers who, for one reason or another, had their sailor crystals taken by Rage (either by killing them directly or acquiring the crystal post-mortem). These soldiers are drastically changed and are prone to strange mental disorders (some even function on a primal level). They are so reckless in their actions and devoted in their service to Rage that it’s not unusual to see them die and be rebuilt multiple times.
The uniforms of the Ancient Rebirths are the most tattered and threadbare and their togas are completely black. Ancient Rebirths have access to two signature attacks and none hold leadership positions because of their questionable mental state.
The Rebirths
The New Rebirths (Or just Rebirths) are reborn soldiers who were taken to Rage and converted on Earth. Because of this, they have no memory of their past life at all and generally mindlessly serve Rage, often forgetting to keep ties with their real families.
The Rebirth fuku is not damaged at all. However, it only consists of black toga, sailor collar, locket and bow for women and black toga, leather armor and cape for men.
Note: The ratio of soldiers in each rank is 3:1:4:1. If one Rank seems over represented, please apply for another Rank.
Rebirthing
Rebirthing is the official term for the brutal and painful deconstruction and following reconstruction of a person so that they are brought into Rage’s faith. Soldiers bodies are dismembered completely, and then pieced back together by Rage over the course of a week.
After the Rebirthing, soldiers are generally kept close to the AMO house as they go through a heavy period of confusion or depression or they begin to enter an accelerated development of some mental disorder. The week that past is essentially a week of lost time. Most soldiers acknowledge that they have been rebirthed once, but not many realize if they have been rebirthed multiple times and no one realizes that they are essentially the walking dead.
Rebirthed soldiers, with the exception of Sailor Stigma, don’t actually look dead, although they may have physical oddities or deformities that manifest themselves while they are transformed.
Sailor Soldiers 102 – The Basics
Locket
All Alpha Mu Omega soldiers have lockets. As with Mythos soldiers, these lockets are unique to the soldier, however, lockets of the AMO look as though they’ve been through a considerable amount. It’s not unusual to find AMO members with lockets that are cracked or completely broken in some way.
The lockets of the AMO can be opened by anyone, and on the inside, the sailor crystal is notably absent.
Transformation
Transformations are initiated by shouting “(NAME) Enrage! Make Up!”. The locket then opens and black smoke pours out. A sailor crystal is notably absent from the locket. The transformation itself is short, usually thirty to forty seconds in length and is generally very dark and cloudy.
Uniform
Once your character has transformed, they don a specific uniform (generally called a fuku) that identifies the character as a soldier from the planet Mythos. There are separate uniforms for both genders, so girls cannot wear hoplite uniforms and guys can't wear the sailor outfits (sorry, boys). Mostly, uniforms look the same, but each soldier's uniform has several unique features including unique coloring and accessories.
The uniforms of all Alpha Mu Omega soldiers are essentially the same as their MYTHOS counterparts, but should look old and tattered (with the exception of The Rebirthed, who have new-looking black toga, with sailor collar, locket and bow) with their signature colors faded and some accessories broken. Below is a description, by rank, of how fuku should look.
(PICTURE)
ALL RANKS (REQUIRED):
All male and female Alpha Mu Omega characters wear a full wreath of laurel on their head (not just a behind-the-ears deal), but the wreath is wilted, drying up, dying or falling apart.
All male and female Alpha Mu Omega characters have a locket that, as mentioned, is damaged in some way. This locket secures on the cape for men or on the sailor collar and bow for women (both are required regardless of rank).
The symbol on the forehead is smudged out with black ash or dirt.
Any brass armor your character wears should be tarnished blue.
The toga may be worn out/ripped up/tattered for all ranks except for The Rebirthed.
The Remnant:
These characters most closely resemble their reborn counterparts, but the toga they wear is light to dark gray and their uniforms should be damaged, threadbare and faded.
The Converted:
The Converted also resemble the Mythos soldiers, but the toga they wear range from dark gray to black in color, and the rest of their uniforms are damaged, ripped and worn far more than The Remnant. It is also likely that some of The Converted have strange physical oddities about them (Rage did not destroy and rebuild all of The Converted, but it is possible that one or two were rebuilt by Rage).
The Ancient Rebirths:
Ancient Rebirths have only the shredded remains of cloth portions of their uniforms--usually with the sailor collar (and occassionally bow) or cape still intact in some way. Their togas are black and their lockets are generally the most damaged-looking. Ancient Rebirths are the most likely to have Rage-influenced odd physical traits because it destroyed and rebuilt them all.
The Rebirths:
Since they are recent additions to Rage's mission, The Rebirths don't actually appear tired and disheveled. Their uniforms look just as pristine as other reborn sailor soldiers, but they do not wear the tunics or dresses or armors of the reborn soldiers. They wear:
Female: A clean, black toga with sailor collar and bow. The locket is generally seriously damaged in some way.
Male: A clean black toga, underneath tarnished brass armor. The cape is secured by a broken locket.
Element of Influence & Signature Attacks.
Each sailor soldier possesses a specific element of influence that they control, and several other fields that may influence their abilities, signature attacks, weaponry or appearance in some way.
Alpha Mu Omega members generally start out with at least one attack (see information on Rank for details). Alpha Mu Omega attacks work in an interesting way: They are called up by an attack phrase, but cannot be completely executed until the soldier says "Enrage". Many just add it to the end of the original attack phrase (So "Fire Soul Enrage"), while others pause before saying it and still others (generally, the strongest) are able to hold onto the attack for some time before saying "Enrage" and executing it. This allows the soldier to perfect their aim and surprise or torture their target, but can be a serious drain on energy--even with the weakest attacks.
The attacks are performed just as they were when the character was a soldier on Mythos. However, before "Enrage" is said, all of the light and energy is sucked into the soldier's chest (creating a lot of pressure). When they say "Enrage" the character's attack finishes, but it is also darker and more sinister--usually the character is surrounded by black clouds or dark red light.
When making an attack, be sure to describe the following things: how the attack is executed (i.e. what it looks like), what happens, how many targets it hits, if it can miss, what its range is, how strong it is, its strengths/weaknesses/limits and how many times it can be used in a period of time. Covering anything else not listed here is a good idea as well.
Alpha Mu Omega members can power up, but their power ups generally come in the form of stronger Pandoras (see Pandora section below), rather than signature attacks. Alpha Mu Omega characters CAN gain new signature attacks, but this is more likely to happen to a character with fewer attacks than one with more signature attacks.
Alpha Mu Omega cannot perform combination attacks.
Weaponry
As mentioned in prior sections. Hoplites rely less on signature attacks and more on their skills and their weapons. Because of this, all Hoplites will carry a weapon of some sort. Alpha Mu Omega can have weapons, but it is entirely possible that their weapons were broken or completely destroyed--this probably isn't the case for every single character, but it is possible.
More information regarding weaponry is detailed in the Weaponry section under MYTHOS organization.
Innate Abilities and Mythite Magic
(For details regarding traits and skills, see the corrosponding sections in the MYTHOS organization list)
All Alpha Mu Omega members possess the ability to go to and enter the AMO house. This is an ability that no mortal or reborn soldier has. Only those influenced by Rage and their company may enter Rage. Many members of AMO can simply teleport themselves there, but some choose to just take portals hidden in specific places in the human world instead.
Other than this ability (and the Pandoras explained below), Alpha Mu Omega members don't actually get the typical "villian fringe benefits". Unless it is somehow relevant to your character's sphere, they should not be able to teleport at random, shoot lasers from their hands or float (although maniacal laughter is allowed to an extent). Alpha Mu Omega are already the strongest soldiers in the game, anyway.
Any abilities/traits/skills that ARE relevant to your character's sphere ARE allowed, though.
Mythite Magic is just what it sounds like: Magic from Mythos. Only members of The Remnant rank are able to possess Mythite Magic, and even then, many will not possess it at all, as not everyone on Mythos was a sorcerer or witch or wizard. Magic was usually occupation-specific: a priestess who trained and could use healing magic; an actor or actress who was also born an enchanter; a scholar or oracle with powerful second sight. And generally wasn't that powerful in Mythos's Sailor Soldiers and Hoplites since they had to focus on their other magical strengths.
Mythite Magic is a very touchy subject. If you plan on giving it to your character, please make absolutely sure that it's necessary and not too powerful. It's best to contact me to find out if what you're planning is alright.
Pandoras
Members of AMO are able to unleash powerful monsters called Pandoras to cause trouble and property damage. Pandoras come from old (Greecian-style) urns and jars that are supplied to AMOs by Rage. To unleash a Pandora, the jar or urn must be opened in some way; usually, this is accomplished by tossing the jar and breaking it or removing the lid. The contents of the urn mold themselves to the heart and power of its user, so each Alpha Mu Omega has a different Pandora (but no AMO has more than one Pandora).
Once released from their jars, Pandora take on a, usually humanoid, form that reflects their master's sphere of influence (i.e. Poiseidon may have tritons or horse-like creatures; Ares may have warrior-like creatures). They are stupid creatures that follow orders from their masters and, when low-level, are relatively easy to defeat. As Alpha Mu Omega soldiers power up, their Pandoras change and become stronger (so a Pandora may look drastically different two months after it was first used).
Depending on your character's personality, they may rely on their Pandora to do the dirty work, or they may never use their Pandora at all. Regardless, every Alpha Mu Omega should have one.
