I just felt the need to say before I get started, that the fact that you called Croix a smooth operator in his first skill just ended me and I kept laughing through the rest of the app. I don’t know what it is about that phrase. It kills me.

Also, if you GIS St. Croix or Croix, the second picture you get is of a woman flashing her saggy boobies. :C THIS MAKES ME SAD.

But I digress.

Strengths: Every aspect of Croix lends itself to being Aphrodite. It’s obvious you did a lot of research on Aphrodite. This character came out very, very well. Croix’s personality is incredibly well done. You’ve created a very well balanced and very realistic persona and your descriptions of his personality really let me know how he works. You’ve taken a personality type that seems to fall into the exact same style every time it’s done, and you’ve pulled it off in a unique, convincing and likeable way.

I loved Croix’s quirky parents and I think it was an excellent idea to give him an over-protective girlfriend NPC. Not sure how long she’ll be around, XD but I’m sure she’ll stir stuff up while she’s here!

My absolute favorite part of this application was the Hoplite section. Yes, the entire section. Everything was very unique, despite working with a common Sailor Moon element. I absolutely adored that Aphrodite’s uniform was based off of the Venus De Milo. The seafoam train is just the kind of extra pretty trait that I like to see, and it’s described so well that I can actually visualize it happening. I thought I Feel Pretty was really spiffy, and his signature attack is excellent.

Suggestions:

I might tone down the “you remind me of a girl” ability for now. I’m sure you won’t abuse the power. But I might reserve being able to actually make the person ogling think that Aphrodite is the object of their affections for an advancement when he powers up. This isn’t necessary.
