With Hephaestus's oracle complete Sophitia returned to her love. "Rothion, I... " "I know Sophie... "

The entire city joined them in celebrating their beautiful wedding.

As time pasted she gave birth to a new life. "I can no longer hear the voices of the gods, but perhaps this baby can..."

Sophitia's ending is rather bittersweet. One would hope that Sophitia continued to fight for the god Hepheastus, but she doesn't. Instead, Sophitia returns home to marry the man she loves and have a baby, a happy ending for someone truely deserving of it. Sophitia really no longer hears the calls of her god. In Soul Calibur II she assures her sister Cassandra that she hears nothing, but she does recognize a chunk of metal--a part of the soul edge--for its true evil and colapses. According to Cassandra's back story, Sophitia would be fully capable of carrying on her own legacy if not for her new family... perhaps there's a bit of fight left in The Emotional Goddess yet, hmm?
