RELATIONSHIPS *guess what? wrote this while retarded, too.
Since Ramza is such a slut male-prostitute lady-killer, I've listed a few people (female and otherwise) who may have feelings for Ramza beyond just 'friendship.'

Delita Hyral. Despite what it looks like in the American translation, Ramza and Delita's relationship is MUCH more platonic in the original Japanese version. However, in English they come off as just plain gay. Ramza and Delita are best friends, and even after they lose touch, each still considers the other his best friend (as proven by many statements by Ramza, and Balmafula's comment to Delita about him 'even using his best friends'). When examined from a non-screaming-fangirl point of view, Delita and Ramza are still very sketchy but are simply best friends.

Alma Beoulve. If Delita/Ramza is blatantly obvious in the American translation of FFT, then Ramza/Alma is practically canon. However, I, in no way, condone incest. Alma adores her brother, but when observed from a non-screaming-fangirl point of view, Ramza and Alma are simply close friends on top of being brother and sister. Plus, they're practically twins, and twincest is worse than incest, kthx. ;*

Agrias Oaks. Personally, I think Agrias has it bad for Ovelia, but that's just me. Agrias strikes me as the Juri-esque (from Utena) character of the game. Very bossy, rather masculine, and very much respected. I don't see Ramza and Agrias being anything more than allies and good friends.

Meliadoul Tingel. Sister to Izlude, Meliadoul is one of the last non-secret characters to join your party. I believe that Meliadoul has a itty bitty crush on Ramza, though that can't really be verified. She was a lot closer to her brother than anyone, just like Ramza was so close to Alma. Maybe they have a mutual respect for each other.

Rafa Galthana. Rafa seemed to have a bit of a crush on Ramza, but those feelings were most likely unrequited.

Teta Hyral. I think before she died, Teta and Ramza may've had something for each other. That's not confirmed, though.
